The Nestl Internal Audit program is approximately 4 years and provides a unique opportunity to get to know all functions and businesses across the globe.Prepare and execute risk-based audits / reviews of business units, factories, head offices, and processesEvaluate processes and controls to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiencyReview compliance with laws, regulations, contracts, policies, and proceduresEnsure reliability and integrity of reporting, confidentiality of information, and safeguarding of assetsIdentify and recommend control enhancements and process improvementCommunicate findings and recommendations for corrective actionsPresent audit results to stakeholders and agree on timelines for recommendation implementationMaintain and update audit programs, manuals, and toolsRequirementsBachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or comparable degree form an accredited institutionMinimum of 1-3 years of professional business experience (e.g. Finance, Audit, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering) Strong overall business acumen and finance literacy preferred Ability to leverage data analytics Team player with high degree of flexibility, persistence, curiosity, and openness to other cultures Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time, with some international travelOtherMaster s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or comparable degree from an accredited institutionCPA, CMA, CIA certificationSAP knowledge Bilingual OtherNestl Purina PetCare Company is the hiring company, a subsidiary of NestlThis position presents an exciting opportunity for candidates to position themselves for future openings.
