disabilities, behavioral challenges, medically complex needs,
transitioning youth, the elderly, and other populations using
Maryland Department of Health's Targeted Case Management and
Supports Planning work models as well as a concierge level
geriatric care management and care partner model. Position Summary:
The Reporting Analyst is a vital role responsible for synthesizing
complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic
decision-making. This individual will be adept at transforming raw
data into informative and actionable reports, ensuring accuracy and
consistency in data interpretation, and presenting findings to
stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. SCI Team Member

Essential Duties: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and
dashboards to track key performance indicators and other important
metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather
requirements and deliver customized reporting solutions. Conduct
thorough data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas of
improvement. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all reported data
through meticulous validation processes. Present analytical
findings to non-technical audiences, translating data into
understandable and actionable business insights. Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science,
Statistics or a related field. Years of experience and/or relevant
certifications in Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence,
or other related areas may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
Experience Required: Technical proficiency With Excel,SQL, Python,
and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI for developing complex
reports and dashboards. Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL
processes to support robust data solutions that power business
decisions. 1-3 years of prior experience, demonstrating a track
record of managing large datasets and delivering actionable
business intelligence reporting. SCI Value Related Competencies:
