Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer / Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Engineer / Manager. Responsibilities - Coordinate internal and external resources - Collaborate with all stakeholders - Develop the scope and objectives of the project - Track adherence to project budget and timeline - Ensure necessary resources are available and allocated to the project - Develop detailed project plans and milestones - Measure and report on project progress Qualifications - 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer / Manager or equivalent role - BS/BA in Architecture, Engineering, Construction management or other associated field - PMP certification is preferred - Experience with complex construction projects valued over $5M, including bidding, scheduling, and financial management - Experience with Microsoft Project - Proficient in project management software - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Required Skills - • Proper interpretation of design specifications, drawings, and schematics - • Familiarity with engineering and construction terminology - • Extensive previous work experience managing schedules and budgets for construction projects - • Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment - • Proficient in use of Microsoft Project - • Experience with Procore - • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and Word Processing software - • Good time management skills, high work ethics - • Able to multitask and plan ahead - • Excellent time management skills - • Positive contributor to team participation - • Focused, methodical with good analytical skills - • Able to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos - • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams Benefits/Perks - Competitive Compensation - Paid Time Off - Career Growth Opportunities - Bonus based on performance Location and Travel - The position is based at Aerolab’s main facility in Jessup MD (In person) - Occasional offsite travel to customer sites may be required - Compensation: $65K to $75K per year
