Join EY and help build a better working world.Full Stack Engineer - Oil & Gas - Manager - Consulting - Location OPENTechnology - Systems Implementation and Engineering - Application Design and Development - ManagerThe opportunityIn this role, you will identify and define user/customer requirements while focusing on developing user interfaces (UI) across various platforms including mobile, web, and tablets. You will engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services that align with business requirements.Your key responsibilitiesAs a Manager in Application Design and Development, you will lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, ensuring a strong focus on quality and risk management. You will engage with external clients, participate in working sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Travel may be required.

• Develop solutions to complex problems, recommend policy changes, and establish procedures impacting your work area.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure successful task completion.Skills and attributes for successBuilding relationships, effective communication, and leadership are essential, along with technical and business skills that make a significant impact.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies.
  • Experienced in application delivery and development tools.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and testing practices.
  • Knowledgeable of system development lifecycle and technology integration.To qualify for the role, you must have
    • Typically, 4-6 years of relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in application development tools.
    • Experience with Microsoft technologies, React, Angular, Blazor, or similar.
    • Understanding of web applications and quality assurance.
    • Knowledge of the system development lifecycle and requirements analysis.
    • Effective change management skills and proven team leadership.Ideally, you'll also have
      • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
      • Experience managing change.
