Job Title: Property/ Asset Management Support SpecialistLocation: Washington DC, Hybrid 3 days in-officeClearance Required: Public Trust EligibleSalary Range: $58K - $60K

Description (scope of work)IBSS is seeking Property Asset and Management Support to perform a full range of property and asset management functions for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Office of Space Commerce.Key Responsibilities:

• Property inventory.
• Maintenance of property database (Sunflower).
• Support for processes to excess obsolete property.
• Support for facilities and space requirements to ensure efficient and effective operations of office environments at the office locations.
• Coordination with NOAA Facilities office to ensure that door keys, door signage, etc., are provided at the project/office locations.
• Visitor escorting and conference room assistance
• Maintain an online filing system with access.Required Skills /Education/ Certifications & Qualifications:
  • Associates degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or Bachelors degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience providing property and asset management support within a government context.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with the Sunflower system.
  • Experience with Smartsheet.
