Executive Director of Operations, Capitol Campus

Requirements
The Executive Director of Operations, Capitol Campus is the lead
management role accountable for the administrative and operational
activities of the university's expanding downtown presence (Capitol
Campus) to ensure a seamless and proactive approach to service
delivery, responsiveness to the needs of academic and
administrative units with a presence on the campus, and integration
of the campus with the rest of the university. They liaise with the
senior leadership of the university, including the President's and
Executive Vice President's offices, to inform and advance their
goals for the Capitol Campus, advocate for the needs of the
academic and administrative units with a presence on the campus,
and escalate items that require their input and/or
decision-making.Additional duties include, but are not limited
to:
Work Interactions
The Executive Director of Operations, Capitol Campus reports to the
Sr. Associate VP and Chief of Staff in the Office of the Senior
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. The position interfaces
regularly with the leadership of service providers on the Capitol
Campus, leadership of academic (Executive Vice President's offices,
schools, and departments), and administrative units (student and
other service departments) with a presence on the campus, and
senior leadership of the university, including the President and
Executive Presidents and their designees. This position is based
onsite at the Capitol Campus 90% of the time, with some limited
time on the Hilltop Campus required on an as needed basis.

Pay Range:
The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which
represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:
$135,188.00 - $264,291.85
Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but
not limited to, the candidate's individual qualifications,
experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the
University's business needs and external factors.
