Job Description:
The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting,
providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals
and contingencies.
Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering
medications, documenting care, and educating patients and
families.
Utilizes the nursing process, communicates effectively, and ensures
patient safety and quality care in compliance with regulations.
Demonstrates core competencies such as patient assessment, care
planning, unit operations, and safe practice standards.
Technical skills involve health information documentation, medical
equipment handling, order processing, and patient chart
interpretation.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS certification, and 1
year of related experience (preferred).
Work schedule varies; full-time position.
