Overview The Dental Public Health Physician is responsible for
delivering extensive dental services to children, adults, and
individuals with special needs at our organization. This position
necessitates evaluations and treatments that adhere to professional
standards, cultural sensitivity, and empathy. Candidates must
possess a valid dental license in Maryland, have completed a
pediatric dental residency, and hold CPR certification. About Us

Our state-of-the-art facility specializes in treating severe
injuries, offering services that range from total joint
replacements to spinal cord injuries and neurological disorders.
Annually, we accommodate over 3,000 patients in our 141-bed
facility, making us the largest provider of inpatient
rehabilitation services in the state, with advanced therapies for
conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain
injuries, and orthopedic and sports injuries. Job Responsibilities
The Dental Public Health Physician will: Deliver comprehensive
dental care to pediatric, adult, and special needs populations
under the guidance of the Chief of Dentistry. Ensure patient care
aligns with the mission and values of our organization, adhering to
professional and regulatory standards. Exhibit the knowledge and
skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care, considering
cultural and diagnostic needs. Assess and interpret patient data to
identify specific needs and deliver appropriate care. Consistently
demonstrate compassion and courtesy towards patients and their
families. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates
must meet the following criteria: Possess a current license to
practice dentistry in Maryland. Hold a valid CPR certification. Be
credentialed in accordance with Medical Staff Bylaws. Have
graduated from an accredited dental school. Completed a pediatric
dental residency program, with at least one year of clinical
experience preferred. Additional Information Salary Range: $246,999
