Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical Telemetry – Washington Start Date: January 12, 2026 Location: Washington, District of Columbia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, night shift; 8-week contract Highlights: Medical Telemetry acute care inpatient setting Night shift schedule with consistent 3x12 rotation Cerner EMR system in use 8-week contract assignment Telemetry rhythm interpretation testing required prior to start Opportunity to deliver patient-centered care across diverse populations Requirements: Current Registered Nurse license in the District of Columbia (required prior to start) Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program Minimum 2 years of RN experience Minimum 1 year of Medical Telemetry acute care inpatient experience Current NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications Cerner EMR experience required BSN highly desired Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility location Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic acute care environment where you'll utilize your telemetry expertise to deliver compassionate, age-appropriate care to patients and their families.
