Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A position is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services to students in a K-12 school setting located in Bel Air, MD. This contract role runs from ASAP through June 12, 2026, supporting children across all grade levels with a focus on pediatric speech and language needs. Key qualifications for this role include: Experience or certification as an SLP CFY, SLP School, SLP Pediatrics Valid CCC credentials in Speech-Language Pathology Demonstrated ability to support speech and language development in K-12 students Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech and language impairments within the school-age population Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support individualized education plans Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies Deliver services 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday Compensation and benefits: Competitive pay rate of $50 to $55 per hour Weekly pay schedule for timely compensation Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more ProCare benefits for additional support Matching 401(k) plan to help build long-term savings Flexible spending account options available This contract opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication skills in a supportive school environment.
