Job Description Job Description Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Fellowship Training Opportunity (AAOMPT-Aligned) Peake Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time, licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic position that includes participation in an AAOMPT-aligned Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship. This is a paid, salaried clinical role with structured mentorship, protected education time, and a full caseload in a high-level orthopedic and sports medicine environment. The position is ideal for clinicians who want to accelerate clinical reasoning, manual therapy skills, and movement-based care while maintaining meaningful 1:1 patient care. The fellowship is ACOMPTE-accredited and structured to meet AAOMPT Fellowship Educational Standards, supporting progression toward the COMT / FAAOMPT pathway.
