Job Description Job Summary Geisinger offers Licensed Practical
Nurses (LPNs) in outpatient clinic settings a $5,000 sign-on bonus
for eligible candidates. With hundreds of community-based sites
across the region, Geisinger empowers LPNs to work at the top of
their license—delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a
supportive ambulatory environment. Job Duties Join our dedicated
Urogynecology team and make a meaningful impact on patient care. As
a Clinic Nurse, you’ll provide essential clinical support to
providers, patients, and families, helping to ensure accurate
diagnosis, effective treatment, and continuity of care. This role
is ideal for LPNs with prior inpatient or med-surg experience who
thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. $5,000 sign-on
bonus for eligible LPN candidates. This role is full-time, 40 hours
weekly; 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:45 am to 5:15 pm.
Qualifications: - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Previous
experience in inpatient or med-surg nursing strongly preferred -
Ability to provide age-appropriate care in assigned clinical areas

and document patient history, vital signs, and chief complaints -
Prepare patients for examinations and assist with minor surgical
and diagnostic procedures - Administer medications, vaccines, and
skin testing under provider direction - Collect and process lab
specimens with accuracy and efficiency - Maintain ongoing
communication with patients and providers to support timely care -
Ensure exam rooms are clean, properly equipped, and meet aseptic
