Heights, MD $103,000/year Full-Time | Office Hours (some
evenings/weekends) Travel: Greater Chesapeake Area About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Behavioral Health Clinician to support both
clinical care and team leadership within our growing Behavioral
Health program. This is a hybrid role (60% clinical / 40%
leadership) where you’ll work directly with individuals while also
guiding and coaching a team of licensed clinicians. You’ll play a
key role in shaping services, supporting staff, and driving
high-quality, person-centered care. What You’ll Do Clinical (60%)
Provide mental health counseling to individuals with disabilities
Develop, implement, and monitor behavioral support plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care
Leadership (40%) Lead, coach, and support a team of Behavioral
Health Clinicians Oversee operations of one or more counseling
suites Partner with senior leadership to grow and enhance services
Contribute as a member of the Leadership Council What We’re Looking
For 5 years of experience providing behavioral health support in
community-based settings 2 years of leadership or supervisory
experience Strong understanding of person-centered planning and
self-direction Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and
lead with a solutions-focused mindset Excellent communication
skills with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback
Comfortable navigating complex, fast-moving environments
Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related
field Active LCPC or LCSW-C (Maryland) Eligible to serve as a
Board-approved clinical supervisor (MD) Valid driver’s license
