About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations in Montgomery and Frederick County. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving team performance, and maintaining exceptional service standards across all assigned sites. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to build strong teams, reliable and is passionate about delivering consistent results. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple locations within Montgomery and Frederick County Recruit, train, and mentor Medical Receptionists, Medical Assistants and Team Leads Conduct weekly site visits Conduct Performance reviews and Disciplinary actions Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and results Ensure compliance with company policies, protocols, safety standards, and operational procedures Identify opportunities for operational improvements and growth Maintain a high standard of patient care and patient satisfaction Work closely with healthcare providers, Medical Assistants, and administrative staff to support practice goals. The area manager may serve as a Floater Medical Assistant to provide coverage for callouts or staffing needs when necessary Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
