are seeking a skilled and motivated Esthetician to join our team.
Responsibilities - Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments,
including facials, waxing, and body treatments - Provide
personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate
treatments and products - Maintain clean and organized treatment
rooms and adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols - Oversee
inventory and backbar - Stay up-to-date with industry trends,
techniques, and product knowledge - Build and maintain a loyal
client base through exceptional customer service - Upsell services
and products to enhance the client experience - Deliver treatments
in a timely and professional manner Requirements - Valid Virginia
Esthetician license - Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and
professional - Passionate, knowledgeable, and committed to client
care - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent
time management, organization, and follow-up skills - Willingness
