Summary We are seeking an experienced Director of Dining Services
to join our team! As a Director of Dining Services for this
corporate account, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day
operations, ensuring high quality food & beverage offerings and
exceptional guest services. You will manage and lead a team of
motivated and informed associates. You are responsible for managing
client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the
customers is of superior quality. Additional responsibilities
include: Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests
and client as well as other departments Work with the Chef and
management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
Implement new culinary programs (to include training and retraining
of employees throughout the process) Preferred Qualifications: BS,
Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred Three to five years of
foodservice operations experience High volume production and
catering experience is a plus Previous experience managing a budget
