Job Description:
Position Description: CGI US is 14,000 CGI Partners strong and
growing. The Total Compensation team is seeking an experienced
professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate would bring
together advanced compensation and benefits experience, solid
experience with Human Resources systems and tools, independent
project management skills, and a desire to make a positive
difference through continuous process improvement. Candidates
proximate to a CGI office will be considered with a preference for
Fairfax, VA. CGI utilizes a hybrid model and partners should be
prepared to work in a local CGI office, as needed. Your future
duties and responsibilities: . Leading and participating in
cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across
the organization on Total Rewards projects within the US and in
support of corporate initiatives. . Drafting and implementing
training and communication strategies for HR, Recruiting, leaders
and CGI Partners regarding benefits, open enrollment, plan changes,
annual compensation cycles, and other total rewards projects. .
Participating in mergers and acquisition projects: conducting due
diligence research, providing compensation & benefits analysis and
contributing to executive briefings; advising HR M&A team of
potential risks; providing project management for the
implementation of CGI's total rewards programs during the
integration phase. . Assisting in the development and maintenance
of competitive, cost-effective, and comprehensive benefits
packages. Evaluating and adapting benefits policies based on
industry trends, benchmarking, and organizational goals. . Helping
manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance with
brokers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators and
tracking benefits budgets, analyzing claims, and managing premium
costs. . Ensuring legal compliance with relevant federal, state and
local regulations; proactively researching legislative and market
trends to formulate appropriate responses and ensuring
organizational readiness. Ensuring timely and accurate responses to
internal and external audits. Required qualifications to be
successful in this role: . Bachelor's degree plus 5-8 years of
experience in a professional Compensation and Benefits role or
equivalent experience in lieu of education. International
experience is a plus. . Strong project management and
organizational skills. . Knowledge of compliance laws and
regulations impacting compensation and benefits, with a keen
ability to research and dive deep into compliance concerns. .
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability
to deliver briefings with confidence and executive presence. .
Track record for effectively and independently managing complex
projects and influencing process improvement. . Responsive,
client-focused mindset. . Ability to work to tight deadlines and
flexibility to adapt to changing requirements. . Preference to work
as an integral member of a virtual high performing team. .
Self-motivated and collaborative; able to figure things out and get
things done in ambiguous circumstances. CGI expects to accept
applications through 4/30/2026. Other Information: CGI is required
by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of
the compensation range for this role. The determination of this
range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level,
experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To
support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI
typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range
for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts
and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the
current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 -
$156,700.00. CGI's benefits are offered to eligible professionals
