Founded in 1993, MTSI today has employees at over 20 offices and field sites worldwide.For more information about MTSI, please visit .ResponsibilitiesThis Net/Sys Admin III position organizes, installs, and supports government organization's computer systems, including LANs, WANs, network segments, intranets, and other data communication systems. It involves architecting, designing, analyzing network models, and participating in decisions about hardware/software upgrades. The role may include providing technical support to users, supporting activities within Special Access Programs (SAPs) supporting DoD agencies, such as HQ Air Force, OSD, and Military Compartments, including collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.Your essential functions include but are not limited to:
      • Operate under minimal supervision
      • Manage systems and networks daily
      • Manage COTS & GOTS products for security and system performance
      • Follow O&M checklists for maintaining services and develop TTPs and SOPs
      • Operate monitoring tools, SIEM, and create alarms and reports
      • Assist in analyzing cybersecurity tools and processes
      • Participate in security incident response as needed
      • Work with platforms like Windows Server, RHEL, Hyper-V/VMWare, enterprise networking, forensic analysis, scripting, and various security toolsQualificationsRequired Experience:
        • At least 7 years relevant experience
        • Thorough knowledge of Windows, Exchange, RHEL, and hardware
        • Knowledge of CISCO networking, virtualization, LAN/WAN, and data backup technologies
        • Understanding of COMSEC policies, Risk Management Framework, Common Criteria, and system security policies
        • Experience with PL2/PL3 environments, technical support, and industry standardsEducation:
          • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years)Certifications:
            • Must meet DoD Directive 8570.01-M requirements for IAM Level III or IA Architect/Engineer Level I within 6 months of hireClearance:
              • Current Top-Secret with SCI eligibility
              • Access to SAP information
              • Willingness to undergo Counterintelligence polygraph
