Job Description:
As an Audio Visual Systems Engineer at ManTech, you will be
deeply involved in the design, installation, and maintenance of
advanced audiovisual systems that support critical national
security programs. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate
state-of-the-art audiovisual solutions that meet the unique demands
of our federal clients. This position offers the opportunity to
work on groundbreaking projects that combine robust technology with
strategic operational needs, ensuring effective communication and
data dissemination in high-stakes environments. Design audiovisual
systems tailored to meet the specific operational requirements of
national security missions. Install, configure, and troubleshoot AV
hardware and software to ensure optimal functionality and system
integrity. Collaborate with IT teams and project managers to
integrate AV systems with existing IT infrastructure. Conduct
regular system tests and maintenance to guarantee high availability
and reliability. Prepare technical documentation and system
schematics to support project execution and future maintenance.
Provide training and support to end-users for newly installed or
upgraded AV systems. Stay updated on new AV technologies and
propose upgrades and enhancements to existing systems. Proven
experience with AV design software such as AutoCAD or Crestron.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP
protocol suite. Knowledge of modern codecs and streaming
technologies. Hands-on experience with digital signage, video
conferencing, and integrated control systems. Proficiency in
troubleshooting complex AV systems and identifying solutions.
Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) preferred. Crestron Certified
Programmer or equivalent AV professional certification.
