Overview: The Operations SME serves as a project manager overseeing large?scale operational activities supporting a federal EHRM program. This role drives organizational improvement, enables senior?level decision?making, and ensures high?quality deliverables in a fast?paced environment. Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan with matching Paid Time Off Paid Federal Holidays Key Responsibilities • Manage major operational initiatives and cross?program activities supporting client leadership. • Conduct detailed problem solving and apply critical?thinking skills to streamline processes and improve performance. • Develop and deliver executive?level briefings for high level leaders to support strategy and decision?making. • Coordinate with stakeholders across business lines to collect information and drive integrated execution. • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality across all deliverables and reporting products. • Support leadership priorities and respond to time?sensitive tasks requiring rapid turnaround.
