SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Marketing Coordinator with 3 years of marketing and business development experience for our top ranked, large law firm client. This role will be based in the Washington DC office. The successful candidate with hold a 4-year degree and at must have at least 3-years of experience in a professional services environment (law firm or large accounting). Responsibilities: Independently handles assembly of standard pitch books and manages edits directly with partners. Assists in RFP processes. Coordinates client communications including legal updates and announcements. Manages credential and bio updates. Maintains opportunities tool to reflect current practice group and individual client development activities. Coordinates selected events, seminars, webinars and sponsorships. Assists with, and in some cases, leads legal directory submissions, including assisting partners with pre-interview preparation process and participating in interviews in selected instances. Prepares, synthesizes, and summarizes detailed research on clients and prospects. Assists with managing web content and experience.
