Ensure any discrepancies are appropriately addressed and documented.Monitor and maintain boiler chemistryConsistent documentation of work completed via MP2 work order systemEffectively communicate systems status to co-workers and supervisors via supplied tools (logs, MP2, email).Maintain good housekeeping and orderliness of assigned areas.Show appropriate urgency in addressing equipment breakdowns. Efficiently use troubleshooting skills to resolve issues quickly. Pursue long term resolution to prevent recurrence.Ensure proper procedures are used in the operation of equipment. Assist in the development and improvement of SOP's.Ensure PSM policies are adhered to.Must be a fully qualified member of the Hazmat response team.Attend Daily Shift MeetingsPerform assigned duties with minimal supervisionVarious tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products.Adhere to the Winchester HP Hood Respirator Protection PolicyEducation and Experience: ----High School Diploma or equivalentAt least 3 years' experience in manufacturingPrior experience in industrial maintenanceSkills and Competencies:----Adapts to changes in the work environmentStrong written and verbal communicationExhibits ability to learn and apply new skillsWork effectively with team members to accomplish department and plant goalsPhysical Requirements:----Standing: Long periods (a minimum of 10 hours)Sitting: Occasionally for short periodsWalking: Long periodsBending: FrequentlyLifting: Heavy (50 lbs.) frequentlyCarrying: Heavy (40-60 lbs.) frequently distancePushing/Pulling: under 75 lbs. without assistance frequentlyClimbing: FrequentlyPerformance Standards:----Comply with performance criteria, standards of conduct, employment procedures and responsibilities as described in the HP Hood Guidebook and applicable site supplement.Adhere to all safety and environmental protocols, procedures and training.
