Description

The Desktop Support Operator provides support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to desktop systems

1. Proficiency in desktop support tools and techniques.
2. Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Requirements / Must Haves:

--- Ability to work Independently or in a collaborative environment
--- Customer Service Skills
--- Hardware/Equipment Setup and Support Experience
--- Windows 11 OS support and troubleshooting Experience
--- Basic Networking Experience

Nice to Have:
--- Security + or Degree related to the IT field or equivalent related work experience
--- Printer Server Management Experience
--- ServiceNow Experience
--- Office 365 and TEAMs Experience
