The analyst will manage projects related to risk identification and interpretation, working with organizational risk teams, technology, and global delivery teams to align with Highmark Health's mission and risk appetite. A proactive approach and comfort in a matrixed environment are essential.Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead projects with global teams, ensuring legislative, regulatory, and accreditation requirements are identified, developed, and implemented. Monitor external regulatory developments and provide summaries to stakeholders.
• Standardize and expand the process for identifying and ingesting legislative and regulatory requirements, collaborating with legal and regulatory teams.
• Analyze regulatory changes and industry trends to assess impact on the enterprise.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders and industry groups to stay current on trends and impact policies, procedures, and technology.
• Support business units in implementing legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize analytics and decision support systems to make risk and regulatory recommendations.Education:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or 6 years of related experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree.Experience:
  • At least 5 years interacting with regulators, auditors, or oversight bodies, preferably in healthcare compliance or audit roles.Certifications:
    • Preferred: CPA, CISA, JD, PharmD, RN.Skills:
      • Knowledge of healthcare processes, risk frameworks, and regulations.
      • Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.Additional Details: Travel up to 25%. Position is office-based with some training and travel requirements. Complies with all legal, ethical, and data security standards.
