(30-40 hrs/wk) Position: Sales Clerk Leader (Firearms) Salary:

Exchange $1,000 Hiring Incentive *Recruitment Bonus to be paid
after the following days of employment. Employees who have met time
in service and are in good standing will receive the following
incentives: $500 for 90 Days of service and $500 for 180 Days of

and are subject to applicable taxes. DUTIES : Responsible for
overall operations of firearms department. Must follow strict
adherence and compliance to all ATF, Federal, State and Local
firearm rules and regulations pertaining to firearms and adhere to
any changes as they occur. Ensure proper completion federal form
4473; any applicable state forms and all ID and paperwork required
for firearms sales. May order merchandise, receive, price and
monitor stock levels. In conjunction with store management may be
responsible for price changes, markdowns, promotional sets and
signage. May communicate directly with HQ staff in the resolution
of any special order requests for customers or merchandise issues
at store level. Ensures daily count of on-site firearms to ensure
accurate control. Welcome customers, maintain product knowledge and
help with the selection of merchandise. React to all concerns of
customers quickly with a sense of importance. Provides Premier
Customer Service in the assistance to patrons in selection of goods
or substitute items. May operate a cash register and account for
daily cash reporting in accordance with established procedures. Key
carrier, opening and closing the store as required. May
direct/supervise other employees and be responsible for overall
store in absence of management. Follow all policies regarding Loss
Prevention. Be aware and proactive regarding shrink and the Alert
Line. Follow all established safety standards and emergency
preparedness requirements. Will be required to work weekends. If
incumbent is less than 18 years of age, they must have the prior
written consent of a parent or guardian and the written consent
must be always in the person’s possession. The parent or guardian
giving the written consent may not be prohibited by law from
possessing a firearm (18 U.S.C. 922). The age in which one can sell
firearms varies by state and we defer to state law. Other duties as

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED : Minimum : Prior retail experience in
inventory control and retail sales. Current Seller ID per FFL
(Federal Firearms License) process or ability to obtain within 30
days of hire and demonstrated firearms retail experience. Ability
to routinely lift 10 pounds and occasionally lift 25 pounds and
stand for long periods of time. Preferred (in addition to the
minimum): Experience operating a cash register and working
knowledge of sales inventory Previous retail supervisory experience
in the performance of the above referenced duties. And/or Current
USCG NAF sales clerk with at least 6 months experience as a USCG
