Job Description:
Brown's Orchards and Farm Market is looking for individuals who
are interested in a fast-paced work environment and are interested
in the cooking industry. Applicants must be at least 16 years of
age, but preferably over the age of 18. In this position, an
individual will be responsible for the preparation of sandwiches,
paninis, fries, and soups for our café customers and must be
extremely diligent in their assigned tasks. A successful applicant
should be someone who has a passion for cooking and is able to keep
level-headed during busy rush-hour times. Both full-time and
part-time positions are available. Responsibilities: - Adhere to
all food safety regulations and ensure that proper procedures are
being followed - Prepping the meats, breads, sauces, and vegetables
- Accurately preparing paninis, fries, soups, and mac and cheese
for our customers - Assist with clean up of dishes and other
commercial kitchen utensils Requirements: - Must be at least 16
years of age, but over the age of 18 is preferred - Must be willing
to be trained and have the ability to multitask - Must be able to
work independently - Must be able to follow all food safety
protocols and procedures - ServSafe certification is preferred, but
not required
